Qualifying in-stock orders completed before 1 PM ET dispatch the same business day after payment, address, and order verification. If an eligible order still has no carrier acceptance scan within five business days, we issue a single-use $50 TransductionLabs credit after review.
Damaged or confirmed missing?
If an item arrives damaged, or the carrier confirms that a shipment is missing after investigation, we will send a replacement for the affected item at no additional charge. This guarantee provides a replacement rather than cashback.
Below-standard HPLC purity or incorrect item?
If an approved report from an accredited U.S. laboratory verifies that an unopened vial does not meet its published lot-specific HPLC purity standard, we will refund the eligible order merchandise total and reimburse the reasonable, pre-approved laboratory test cost. Incorrect-item claims remain eligible for a refund of the affected item price.

Attach the evidence
Include clear photos of the item, label, packaging, and damage or mismatch. HPLC purity claims require written pre-authorization before testing, an unopened vial, documented chain of custody, and the complete signed report from an accredited U.S. laboratory.

Guarantee terms
Same-day dispatch applies to qualifying in-stock orders completed before 1 PM Eastern Time on a business day after payment clears and required address, order, and compliance verification is complete. Orders completed after the cutoff dispatch the next business day. Dispatch means transfer to the carrier and does not guarantee same-day delivery. Weekends and United States federal holidays are excluded.
The $50 dispatch credit applies to in-stock physical orders and does not apply while an order is held for address correction, payment review, customer-requested changes, preorder fulfillment, or legal and regulatory review. Carrier delays after the first acceptance scan do not trigger the dispatch credit.
Damaged-item claims require clear photo proof. Missing-shipment claims require carrier confirmation or a completed carrier investigation. Approved delivery claims receive a replacement of the affected item rather than cashback.
HPLC purity guarantee claims must be emailed to transductionlabs@gmail.com and receive written pre-authorization before the vial is submitted for testing. Eligibility requires an unopened vial, documented chain of custody, the original label and packaging, and a complete signed report from an accredited U.S. laboratory using a suitable validated method. An approved below-standard result qualifies for a refund of the eligible order merchandise total and reimbursement of the reasonable, pre-approved test fee. Incorrect-item claims qualify for a refund of the affected item price.
The COA guarantee applies to qualifying research-compound orders. It provides the document associated with the shipped lot after lot confirmation; laboratory supplies, shipping materials, and unrelated accessories do not generate a compound COA.
Claims caused by reconstitution, opened or altered packaging, mishandling, improper storage, contamination after delivery, unauthorized alteration, or use outside the published research-handling guidance are excluded. Laboratory fees incurred without written pre-authorization are not reimbursable.
