01
Scope and controller
This Privacy Policy describes how TransductionLabs collects, uses, discloses, and retains personal information when you visit transductionlabs.co, create an account, place an order, request support, or subscribe to communications. It applies to information handled through this website and related customer-service channels.
02
Information we collect
The information we receive depends on how you interact with the site.
- Identity and contact data: name, email address, telephone number when supplied, billing and shipping addresses, organization, and account credentials.
- Order and account data: products ordered, transaction status, order history, coupon use, support history, and information supplied for account qualification.
- Payment data: payment status and limited transaction details returned by payment processors. Full payment-card credentials are handled by the selected payment provider rather than displayed to TransductionLabs through the normal checkout workflow.
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser and device details, referral pages, security events, cookie identifiers, and interactions with the storefront.
- Communications: messages, inquiry-form submissions, product questions, and marketing preferences.
03
How information is used
We use personal information to operate accounts and sessions; process, verify, fulfill, and document orders; provide lot-linked materials and customer support; detect fraud and protect the site; maintain records; improve storefront performance; comply with law; and send requested or permitted communications. Marketing messages may be stopped through the unsubscribe method in the message or by contacting us.
04
Cookies and similar technology
WordPress, WooCommerce, payment providers, security services, and analytics or email tools may use cookies or similar storage. These technologies can keep a cart active, maintain a signed-in session, remember preferences, support checkout, measure performance, and reduce abuse. Browser settings can restrict cookies, although essential store functions may then stop working correctly.
05
When information is disclosed
Information may be disclosed to vendors that provide hosting, storefront infrastructure, payments, order fulfillment, shipping, email delivery, analytics, fraud prevention, and professional services. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with legal process, protect customers or the service, investigate misuse, complete a business transaction, or enforce our agreements. Service providers receive only the information reasonably needed for their role and operate under their own terms and privacy practices where applicable.
06
Retention and security
We retain information for periods reasonably necessary to complete transactions, maintain tax and business records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and service; however, no online system or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
07
Your choices and requests
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a portable copy of certain personal information, and to object to or opt out of certain processing. Some information must be retained to complete orders, satisfy legal duties, or protect the service. Submit a request from the email associated with your account so we can reasonably verify it.
08
Age, geography, and updates
The storefront is intended for adults age 21 or older and is not directed to children. Information may be processed in the United States and in other locations where service providers operate. We may update this policy when services, vendors, or legal requirements change; the revised date on this page identifies the current version.
09
Contact
Questions or privacy requests may be sent to transductionlabs@gmail.com. Include enough detail for us to identify the request, but do not email passwords or full payment-card numbers.
Privacy should be inspectable, proportionate, and connected to a real operational need.
