Frequently Asked Questions

Answers before you order.

Review the documentation, shipping, storage, returns, and intended-use details researchers ask about most often.

How do I read a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?

First, match the product name and lot number on the COA to the vial. Then review the issuing laboratory, report number, test date, analytical method, identity result, and reported purity. An HPLC area percentage describes chromatographic purity and should not be interpreted as mass or potency unless the report explicitly states otherwise.

Are your COAs legitimate?

We publish original third-party laboratory reports tied to specific TransductionLabs lots. When the report provides a verification number, QR code, or laboratory contact information, you may use it to confirm the document directly with the issuing laboratory.

How long do orders take to ship and arrive?

Qualifying in-stock orders completed before 1 PM Eastern Time on a business day dispatch the same day after payment, address, and required order checks clear. Orders completed later dispatch the next business day. Transit time begins after carrier acceptance, varies by destination and service, and may be extended by international customs processing.

How should lyophilized materials be stored?

Always follow the product page and lot-specific documentation. Keep unopened lyophilized material sealed, dry, protected from light, and within the documented temperature range. Avoid heat exposure and repeated temperature changes.

How should reconstituted materials be stored?

Follow the product-specific documentation and your laboratory standard operating procedure. Reconstituted material is generally less stable than its lyophilized form, so use aseptic handling, protect it from light, minimize temperature cycling, and maintain only the storage conditions stated in the applicable documentation.

What is your return and refund policy?

Approved damaged-item or carrier-confirmed missing-shipment claims receive a replacement at no additional charge. Approved claims involving an incorrect item or a verified failure to meet the published lot-specific purity standard receive cashback for the affected item. Email transductionlabs@gmail.com with the order number, lot details, and clear photo proof; purity claims also require qualifying laboratory documentation. Complete eligibility terms appear on the Shipping & Returns page.

Are these products intended for human consumption?

No. All TransductionLabs products are supplied strictly for laboratory research, in vitro evaluation, and educational purposes. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, therapeutic use, diagnosis, or clinical application.
